Our instructors are highly approachable and are usually on-site even when they're not teaching -- working on web sites, web applications, e-commerce solutions, designing templates, updating web sites, creating content, and registering domain names, taking care of hosting, or developing new technology for our tourism infrastructure. Our instructors have taught not only for northStudio.com but also Camosun College, Royal Roads University, and The University of Victoria.

Free Post Graduate Internship Work Experience Program (IWEP)
The strength of our certification programs is the Free Post Graduate Internship Work Experience Program (IWEP) or Entrepreneurial Work Experience Program (EWEP). Once you have completed the Web Design Certificate, the Web Application Programming and e-business Certificate or the Web Developer Diploma Course you may apply to take our free Post Graduate Internship Work Experience Program. This program is one-of-a-kind and is the only Internship Work Experience Program in Victoria BC. If you are interested in a career in web design and development, need hands-on practical experience, and would like to work side-by-side with a team of proven professionals under their mentorship, then this is the program for you! This program is mainly focused on graduates of the courses that we currently offer. However, It can also be offered to non-graduates as an additional learning experience to enhance their current school or training curriculum. Under our team’s supervision, you will be creating actual working web sites with real domain names AND you get credit as the "webmaster!" What better way to build up your portfolio and impress future prospective employers than with actual work experience on your resume?
